Tsing Tsao East opened on East University Avenue in August 1991, founded by Young MJ and his son Michael C. Young. Today, our restaurant continues to serve Chinese favorites at 2231 E University Avenue in Des Moines.
From Mongolian Beef and Orange Chicken to noodles, rice and soups, there is plenty to explore. All-day specials and quart-size dishes are listed separately so you can choose the meal that suits you.
